This is in response to your ask about what people in Arden-Arcade think.
No surprise that County Planning rubber stamps a visionless developer proposal irrelevant to our community’s needs, and one likely to be a failure.
If I was looking for storage space, I wouldn’t want to trek things up and down from a third floor, especially with more convenient storage available nearby.
Kudos to Supervisor Desmond for getting involved and trying to get things we need.
